Katibeh holds an Executive MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in International Business, Marketing, and Philosophy from Oklahoma State University. Mo Katibeh, who has more than 20 years of expertise in the telecoms sector, is the president and chief operating officer of RingCentral. Before joining RingCentral, he held several leadership positions with AT&T, a global communications and digital services provider.
As Senior Product and Service Marketing Vice President, Mo joined AT&T in 2011. He created customer experience initiatives while selling AT&T’s goods and services to individuals and companies.
At AT&T, Mo was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in 2016. In this role, he oversees the organization’s marketing and brand strategy. He also creates AT&T’s customer service and digital marketing initiatives.
